How do I access my specific school's portal?
Every onboarded educational institution is assigned a secure tenant space. Provide your registered school email address on the login page, and the application will scope your session to your school's private database partition.
I forgot my administrator password. What should I do?
On the Sign In portal, click "Forgot Password" to receive a password reset link. Staff members or teachers must contact their School Administrator to reset login credentials via the Staff Directory.
Can we bulk import our existing student lists?
Yes. Navigate to the Student Directory module in the admin panel, download the template CSV/Excel structure, fill in your student records, and upload it to import profiles instantly.
How does the Transfer Certificate generator work?
Go to the Certificates module, select a student profile, enter their withdrawal date/conduct notes, and compile. The system populates student data directly into pre-formatted PDF templates containing the school code serial counter.
