Critical Information
If you are a student, parent, or staff member whose account was created by an onboarded educational institution, please note that your primary record is owned by that school tenant. In most cases, you must contact your school administrator directly to remove your profile from their roster database.
For independent school administrators, subscription managers, and parents with direct accounts, you can request full erasure of your authentication metadata and profile directories by submitting this request form.
What data gets permanently deleted?
- Your account registration email, password hashes, and profile metadata.
- Connected mobile device tokens and login history logs.
- Active notification tokens and subscription preferences.
What data may be retained?
Under local tax audits and financial compliance laws, Arclen Edu is required to retain invoice histories, subscription billing logs, and tax receipt records for up to 7 years. These records are archived and will not be used for any administrative or marketing purposes once deletion is processed.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, your credentials will immediately cease working, and all associated student progress logs, certificate prints, and billing receipts will be unrecoverable.
